As It Should Be

About us

Creating a better digital world for everyone – making accessibility sustainable, and sustainability accessible.

That’s our mission: to help purpose-driven organisations, ethical brands and good causes make better digital products and services.

We’re guided by our values and philosophy.

Using tech for good has always been at the heart of our work. We’ve been making the digital world more accessible for nearly 20 years, but as we’ve evolved, our values have become core to the work we do.

As It Should Be has been founded on responsible business principles with purpose at its core. We are guided by our values – being fair, open, respectful, greener and ethical – and our belief in a truly sustainable, inclusive future for everyone. We want to create a better life and a better planet for everyone.

Good people doing good work.

We are a growing team of digital professionals with a passion for accessibility and having a positive impact on the world.

We raise awareness of digital accessibility and promote best practices in the industry through a variety of channels. We’re community builders, meetup hosts, conference speakers, bloggers and article writers.
